Shipping

We ship to Australia, New Zealand and worldwide. Please enter your address to the checkout to see the shipping rate for your country.

Once receiving your order, swim will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number to track where the goods are in the shipping journey. Once goods are in the postal system, we accept no responsibility in the event that the goods fail to arrive. We will endeavour to ensure that all orders are received promptly and to the correct location

Returns

To complete a return you must email us within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be accepted if your item is faulty on arrival. We will comply under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) with the refund, replacement, repair rule. Products must be returned to us unwashed, with the hygiene sticker still in place, before a remedy will be provided. If sizing is wrong we are happy to exchange sizes at your expense of post costs. All items purchased on sale are non refundable.
